What is Under the Chief about?

Harriet is awkward and out of her depth at the hospital, so she is surprised when the chief of surgery takes a personal interest. He locks the on-call room door and offers her what he calls private tutoring.

Meanwhile the head nurse, who wants Harriet fired, is waiting just outside. The tension lives in the thin door between them: a power-imbalanced romance with a rival who can end everything.

With no tags to go on, the premise carries the appeal: a workplace romance in a hospital, a mentor who crosses a line and a jealous colleague one step behind. It suits viewers who like hospital drama and underdog leads. Harriet Seagrave is the name listed in the Chat with the Cast row.
