What is She Was Sent to Kill Me about?

Eli is the one everyone expects to be eliminated first in a lethal game. Delilah Kane is the hunter assigned to finish him. Before the order to strike arrives, though, he has already passed up his own chance to get out so that she survives. She is now left holding a target she owes something to.

Candy lists no tags for it, but the setup reads as a thriller with a romance running through it: a hunter and her prey, a game with rules and a decision about loyalty. It suits viewers who like enemies-to-lovers tension, survival-game premises and stories where one character's sacrifice changes the other's mind.
