What is Mona's Obsession about?

Mona is an adult stepsister who says she cannot stand her stepbrother. He is smug and leaves a mess wherever he goes, yet she is always somewhere nearby when he is around, and she never passes up a chance to needle him. The question the series keeps asking is what happens when all that friction finally needs an outlet.

Tagged Stepsister and Taboo, it is a classic rivalry-as-attraction story: bickering that is really attention, in a household where everyone is supposed to keep their distance. Fans of slow-burn teasing and push-pull dynamics will recognize it right away.
